Vintage WW2 1944 Trench Art Love Token from New Guinea. Double Engraved Heart Brooch. Inscribed 'Love To Loveta From Bob'. Made in 1944. Engraved on a 1943 Australian Silver Florin cut into a double heart shape. Attached to a heart shaped Lucite base. In remarkable condition for its age. Untested; sold as-is. I have not attempted to clean it in any way. A unique piece of WW2 Trench Art history!
